If you regret your purchase, we ask that you first contact us by email or phone, as soon as possible.

Contact us first so that we can register your return

When returning the item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Remember to label the package clearly with your name and order number.

It is important that you mark the package well with your name and order number also on the outside of the package.

As soon as we receive your goods, we will refund your money.

Note that experience says that the return of goods can take considerably longer than the shipment out to the customer. Contact us again if you are concerned that we have not received or registered your return.

I want to return an item – how do I do it?

Should you, against the odds, experience a fault with a product you have received from us, you should contact customer service at mail@Probioform.com. If the product is to be returned to us, you must send detailed information about what is wrong with the product. This is necessary as we pass the product on to the manufacturer, who in turn needs this information.
